By design radiation tolerant and with a multicore architecture in which each core is indipendent, it features a neural network dedicated chip. Its neural network can be easily and reliably changed during flight, for safety mission reasons or just for a mission goal change. For example, I can observe different targets form one day to the other. As EPS, OBC as well is designed for collaborative mission and for swarming: this computer can handle both the single vechicle and the swarm.
