Underwater artificial intelligence for exploration and interaction

A robust, scalable and proprietary architecture makes the product extremely customizable, based on mission specifics and the costumer’s needs. It is an ideal robot for coastal uses like survey, research, environmental monitoring, data collection in polluted environments, evaluation of plant installation status, organism and item mapping. Proteo is accessible and easy to use, can be transported and managed by just one person. It can work with or without supporting vessels and allows significant time savings on carried out activities. The powerful algorithms for stability control are easy to master even for a non-adept user, as well as the robot in its ROV version, since the user can count on a constant electronic support during the entire navigation. The Artificial Intelligence, especially for all those missions that require finding and recognizing a specific target, proves to be a definitely efficient tool to solve problems. With this equipment, the operator does not need to constantly monitor the mission, since the robotic unit (the A.I. inside the robot) is able to autonomously recognize and alert him, when it spots the target it has been trained to find.
